These Terms of Service govern your use of razzmatazzgallery.com and any purchase you make from Razzmatazz. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Our online gallery

Razzmatazz offers original artwork, prints, and related goods from participating artists. You must be able to enter a legally binding agreement in your location to make a purchase. You may not use the site for an unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose or interfere with its security or operation.

2. Artwork information

We work to describe each piece accurately, including its artist, medium, dimensions, edition, framing, and condition when applicable. Screen settings, photography, and handmade variations can affect how colors and textures appear. Dimensions are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise. Original works are one of a kind; prints may be open or limited editions as described on the product page.

3. Availability, prices, and orders

Prices and availability may change without notice. Adding an item to your bag does not reserve it. We may reject or cancel an order because of inventory errors, suspected fraud, pricing mistakes, shipping restrictions, or other reasonable operational concerns. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount collected for that order.

4. Payment

You agree to provide current and accurate billing, payment, and contact information. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment providers. Taxes, duties, shipping charges, and other applicable costs are shown when available during checkout and are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

5. Shipping, delivery, and risk

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur because of carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our reasonable control. Please inspect your order promptly and contact us if it arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete. Any shipping or return terms shown at checkout or elsewhere on the store form part of these terms.

6. Intellectual property

Buying artwork transfers ownership of the physical item only. Copyright and all reproduction, distribution, display, adaptation, and other intellectual-property rights remain with the artist or applicable rights holder unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. The Razzmatazz name, site design, copy, graphics, and other site content may not be copied or commercially used without permission.

7. Third-party services and links

The store uses Shopify and may link to or rely on services operated by third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services outside our control.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Razzmatazz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or a purchase. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes and severability

We may update these terms by posting a revised version here. Changes apply from the posted effective date. If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
